My name is Phil Jordan and I am a fully qualified and BACP accredited counsellor based in Leeds. I teach Counselling at Leeds City College and I am also a qualified supervisor.
I am available for appointments in Leeds city centre and online or on the phone. I offer a person centred approach within a safe and confidential environment. I listen without judgement, explore issues and look to resolve problems. I have years of experience dealing with a variety of issues.
I understand making that first call to a Counsellor can be difficult, as is admitting you may need help, but there is no shame in talking to someone.
Please contact me and I will arrange an initial meeting to discuss your issues, what you need and the ways I can help.

I can help with any issues you may be having, below are a few examples below of how I have helped other people.

Depression is more than feeling sad, it’s a genuine condition. You may feel persistently down, have a lack of interest in things or feel suicidal. I can work with you so we can understand what you are going through together.
Anxiety/Stress
Most people suffer from stress and anxiety to some degree but it can sometimes get too much. You may over think or worry too much. It can cause panic attacks. I can help discuss and understand what you are going through.

Losing someone or something can make it hard to cope and affect each of us in different ways. This could be overwhelming sadness, anger or guilt. I can support you through your own process.
